Five Nights at Freddy’s is the movie adaptation of the iconic horror game of the same name, but what is the hype all about? In the game, the player plays as Mike who is appointed as the night-time security guard at the abandoned theme restaurant.
In the movie, Mike’s character is played by Josh Hutcherson who has to take up the job to make sure the custody of his 10-year-old sister, Abby, is with him. Mike takes Abby with him for the job but soon realizes that not everything is as it seems at Freddy’s. Like in the game, Mike is guided by an ex-security guard of the place via a telephone. Mike has to fight against time and the animatronic creatures to save himself and Abby from the place.
The movie is sure going to be engaging and the graphics look pretty impressive in the trailer. Hutcherson looks like the perfect guy to bring out the character on screen while the iconic animatronic characters are created by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop.
