Tye Sheridan’s Biography

Tye Kayle Sheridan, born November 11, 1996, is a producer and actor from the United States. He is well recognized for his roles as the teenage Scott Summers/Cyclops in the X-Men reboot film series. As well as Wade Watts in Ready Player One (2018) and Ben Goudy in Scout Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse (2015).

Sheridan made his feature film debut in Terrence Malick’s experimental drama The Tree of Life (2011), and his first main role was in Jeff Nichols’ film Mud (2012). He also appeared in David Gordon Green’s drama Joe (2013) and The Stanford Prison Experiment, a period thriller (2015).

In 2020, he co-founded Wonder Dynamics, an AI production tools startup, alongside visual effects artist Nikola Todorovic.

Sheridan was born in the Texas town of Palestine. Stephanie Sheridan operates a beauty salon, and his father, Bryan Sheridan, works for UPS. Madison is his younger sister. He attended the Elkhart Independent School District until the age of 16 when his film career became a priority, and he obtained tutoring on film sets.
